PRIVACY POLICY ON SOCIAL NETWORKS
1. INFORMATION TO THE USER
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
AWARE HEALTH COMMUNICATION, S.L., hereinafter CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created a profile on the Social Networks Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/awaredoctor), Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/awaredoctor/) and Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/@AwareDoctor), and is responsible for processing the user’s personal data carried out on those social networks and informs that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and therefore provides the following processing information:

Purpose of processing: maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER which may include the following operations:
Process requests and inquiries submitted to the controller
Inform about activities and events organized by the controller
Inform about products or services offered by the controller
Interact through official profiles
Why can we process your personal data?
Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has provided consent for the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CONTROLLER’s social network, thereby showing interest in the information published there. Thus, by choosing to follow our official profiles, the USER grants us consent to process the personal data published on his or her profile.
The USER may access the privacy policies of the social network at any time, as well as configure his or her profile to guarantee privacy.
The CONTROLLER has access and processes only public information from the USER, especially the user’s contact name. This data is used only within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a CONTROLLER’s database when necessary to process the USER’s request.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be retained as long as the USER has not revoked the consent given, as stated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks, including personal data, may be published, always depending on the services used by the USER, and thus may be made available to other third-party users of social networks. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what information to make public, review permissions granted, revoke or deactivate them, such as any third-party application that is no longer to be used.
No personal data communication to third parties outside the social network is planned except, where necessary for carrying out processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and processing agreements required by privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights available to the USER: only those concerning information under the CONTROLLER’s control may be exercised.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
Access public profile information
Publish on the USER’s profile any information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network
Send personal and individual messages through the social network’s channels
Updates to the page status published on the USER profile
The USER may always control his or her connections, remove undesired content, and restrict connections; this can be done in the privacy settings.
3. PUBLICATIONS
Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. The USER must, in all cases, be the owner of the published content, have copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of affected third parties.
Any publication in the social network—texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.—that infringe or may infringe on morals, ethics, good taste or decorum and/or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the law, is expressly prohibited.
In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove content, without prior notice, and may request permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER is not responsible for content freely published by the USER.
The USER should note that their posts will be visible to other users, so they themselves are primarily responsible for their privacy.
Images published on the social network will not be stored in any database by the CONTROLLER, but will remain within the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES
Access and registration via the CONTROLLER’s social networks is prohibited to children under 14 years of age. If the USER has special capacities, the intervention of the holder of parental authority or guardianship, or of the legal representative via a valid representative document is required.
The CONTROLLER is expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or people with special capacities. The CONTROLLER’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors; therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register, use the CONTROLLER’s social networks, or provide any personal information.
